[Cutting Report] HORN Chip Breaker with 50° Angle PT Breaker

This time, the cutting report introduces the new PT breaker. Processing was done using SC420, which tends to produce long chips. The PT breaker features a two-corner insert with a 50° cutting edge that has not been part of our lineup until now.
